Fulfillment Policy
At Convrsn, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. Below are the details of our fulfillment policies, which ensure transparency and flexibility. Please note that each service we provide is based on a mutually agreed-upon contract, and these policies can be negotiated before the contract is signed to ensure they meet your specific needs:
Refund Policy
We understand that situations may arise where our services may not meet your expectations. If you’re not satisfied with the deliverables, we are happy to collaborate with you to find a solution. You may request a review and potential refund within 30 days of receiving the final work, provided that the deliverables do not meet the agreed-upon scope. Refunds, if agreed upon, will be processed within 14 business days.
Service Delivery & Shipping Policy
Since we provide digital services, there are no shipping fees or physical deliveries. All services will be delivered according to the timeline outlined in your contract. We will keep you informed of progress throughout the process, and in case of delays, we will notify you and adjust the timelines accordingly. Each contract will specify the expected delivery terms and conditions, which can be customized to fit your preferences.
Return Policy
Given that our services are digital and intangible, we do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you have concerns about the deliverables, please reach out within 30 days of receiving the final work. We will work with you to provide revisions or adjustments until the deliverables meet your expectations.
Cancellation Policy
We recognize that business needs may change. If you wish to cancel a contract before any work has commenced, you may do so without penalty. If work has already started, cancellation is still possible, but a partial payment may be due based on the work completed. We are flexible and willing to negotiate cancellation terms to ensure that both parties are fairly treated. The specific terms for cancellation will be outlined in the mutually agreed contract.
